I&#039;m working on an in-car voice system, and the manufacturer wants a kitchen-sink design including all sorts of functionality that is easier done with the haptic controls and has proven difficult for users to verbalize in our testing. I&#039;m battling to reduce, but it will probably come down to poor results from QA and usability before they&#039;ll listen. *sigh*</description>
