How true this is. I’m working on an in-car voice system, and the manufacturer wants a kitchen-sink design including all sorts of functionality that is easier done with the haptic controls and has proven difficult for users to verbalize in our testing. I’m battling to reduce, but it will probably come down to poor results from QA and usability before they’ll listen. *sigh*
